Biography of the founder of Chamran Grand Hotel
Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Shafaatian, the son of the late Hojjat al-Islam and Muslim Haj Seyed Mohammad Baqer Shafaatian, was born in 1344 in a religious and committed family in the city of Shiraz.
After completing elementary and secondary education, he managed to obtain a bachelor’s degree in English and French language and literature from Isfahan State University and then a master’s degree in English and French language and literature from Tehran University. Due to his strong interest in cultural affairs, in 1374 he established a printing house and lithography with the latest technology in the world of printing industry in Iran. Also, with hard work and perseverance in 1376, he succeeded in obtaining the privilege of Nim Negah newspaper as the responsible manager and owner of the privilege, which is registered as the first color newspaper in the south of the country. Due to his entrepreneurship and personal interest in the tourism industry, after a decade of continuous activity in 2009, he succeeded in setting up and operating the highest recreational accommodation complex in the south of the country, which with this action boosted the tourism industry and employment. It created more than 500 direct and 3000 indirect job-seeking young people.
